The measurements given are Soil Temperature and Growth Rates. These demonstrate the average amount of grass being grown by dairy farmers in each area.
 
Soil temperature is expressed as degrees Celsius and the growth rate is a measurement of kilograms of dry matter being grown per hectare per day (KgDM/Ha/Day).
